Honda Rolls Out Free Maintenance Plan for 2023 Models

Recently, Honda has decided to implement a free maintenance plan for vehicles in 2023. This is particularly significant given the fact that the cost of new vehicles, as well as the cost of fuel, are skyrocketing. This new plan will be called the Honda Service Pass. The first vehicle that will get this is called the 2023 Honda Odyssey.

The Honda Service Pass

This plan gives owners a free factory-scheduled maintenance plan from Honda dealerships that are a part of the plan. This includes things like filter changes, oil changes, multi-point inspections, tire rotations, and so on for the vehicles that are within the period that it covers. You can also transfer the plan if you sell it to someone else before either 2 years or 24,000 miles happens. The amount of money that this plan is worth will vary based on the maintenance cost of the vehicle, of course.

On top of this, you also get a limited warranty for 3 years or 36,000 miles for any new Honda vehicle. You also additionally get the powertrain limited warranty for 5 years or 60,000 miles. Finally, new honda owners get the Roadside assistance option as well. This will allow you to get help from Honda if anything goes wrong with your vehicle while you are on the road.

New Trims

In addition, the 2023 Odyssey is getting access to a new trim called the Sport. This option gives you features like the black 19-inch wheels, the dark taillights, and the gloss black trim for the headlights, grille, and door mirrors. On the inside, you get the black leather with the red stitching for the steering wheel and seats. It's designed to provide a contrast to the black parts of the vehicle. This trim will have options similar to the Ex-L, like the power moonroof, the power tailgate, the 8-way adjustable seat, and the Honda Sensing suite.

This suite includes forward-collision warning as well as pedestrian detection and the brake assist. It also has adaptive cruise and lane departure prevention. It has many options within its suite.
