Honda has plans to release an all-new "urban" SUV built on the same compact platform that underpins the Honda Fit. Positioned just below the CR-V, in both price and size, the brand-new Honda HR-V is aimed at a generation of buyers who have shown strong interest in compact utility vehicles with excellent fuel economy, the latest connectivity features and athletic styling. According to Honda's initial description, the 2015 HR-V meets this criteria, offering an efficient and dynamic performance, smart technologies, a unique center-tank layout and convenient features like an exclusive Magic Seat, which allows for numerous cargo and seating configurations. Additionally, Honda states that the HR-V will offer a sleek design with hidden rear door handles that provide a clean and sporty look. Representatives also say the vehicle will show off a spacious interior, even with its compact dimensions.
