On May 3rd from 11 a.m. to midnight, there will be a huge Cinco de Mayo festival at Delray Center for the Arts' Outdoor Pavilion. The event includes Mariachi and Hispanic bands, crafts, games, a children's art area, folkloric dance, food and merchandise vendors.
